These range from made-to-stock to custom-engineered energy and construction solutions, all designed to maximize cost savings, productivity and safety. More than a decade ago, we began pioneering industrialized construction work by building basic electrical components in a controlled environment for jobsite installation. Today, we deliver entire modular electrical buildings (MEBs) to hyperscale data centers nationwide, fully assembled and ready for installation, significantly reducing on-site labor and time.

Resch Expo
FTI was selected as the electrical contractor for the Resch Expo redevelopment project in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The new $93 million expo was designed to replace an existing arena facility located next to Lambeau Field and features over 120,000 square feet of event space that connects to the existing Resch Center.

Excellerate®
FTI built a new Excellerate facility in Little Chute, Wisconsin. The 385,000-square-foot smart manufacturing facility project began in November 2022 and was completed in November 2023. The facility uses clean energy technologies to lower carbon emissions with the goal of reaching net zero energy in the future.
