APPLICABILITY

This policy describes how Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) collects and uses information for our FTI Employee Application.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Personally Identifiable Information

The FTI Employee Application does not collect any PII (Personal Identifiable Information). Information such as user name is used but masked within the system and not saved.

Site Usage Information

FTI may collect logs and session data when you use the application to troubleshoot as needed.

HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

Session data is collected through a system monitoring and analysis tool used to ensure the availability and performance of the environment.

User monitoring will collect performance data for analysis. User actions, IP (Internet Protocol) and location information, URIs (Universal Resource Identifier), user tag of user sessions, and session and action properties are all masked without the ability to tie back to an individual.

Support archives are created that contain log and configuration files. No Personally Identifiable Information is collected.

WHEN WE SHARE INFORMATION

No information collected is shared. Diagnostic information may be used to troubleshoot individual issues.

PERIOD OF STORAGE

No Personally Identifiable Information is collected or stored. System logs are maintained for system performance purposes without the ability to tie back to individual users.

FTI USES STANDARD SECURITY MEASURES

FTI shall implement reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect the security of the application.

LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

The FTI Employee Application may contain links to websites operated by parties other than FTI, including websites operated by Microsoft, FTI benefit providers, and other relevant company content. We do not control such websites and are not responsible for their contents, privacy policies or other practices.

CHILDREN

FTI Employee Application is not meant for children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.
