Award program recognizes the most impressive construction projects in Wisconsin
MENASHA, Wis. — Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI), a national leader in engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy, was honored with two 2024 Projects of Distinction Awards from the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Wisconsin. These awards recognize FTI’s exceptional work on two innovative construction projects in Wisconsin:
- Thermo Fisher Scientific, PPD Building 15 LCMS and General Laboratory Expansion: FTI earned a gold-level award for this 72,500-square-foot design-assist project in Middleton, Wisconsin. The scope of work included installing electrical feeders, branch wiring, lighting and controls, a 3,000-amp switchboard, a 700 KVA UPS, an 800 KW generator and specialty systems such as fire alarms, access control and data cabling. Despite supply chain challenges, the project was completed safely and on schedule, enhancing Thermo Fisher Scientific’s capabilities and supporting local job creation.
- Johnson Controls, Engineering Center: FTI earned a silver-level award for this 105,000-square-foot engineering center and lab facility in Glendale, Wisconsin. FTI self-performed all the electrical work and installation of owner-provided fixtures, while streamlining operations with offsite preparation. The team also engineered and installed a rooftop photovoltaic solar array with over 250 panels, supporting sustainability goals with an annual energy generation of 154,305 kWh. The project was completed safely and on schedule, meeting critical deadlines and fostering local workforce development.
“FTI is committed to delivering innovative solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations,” said Mike Jansen, CEO of FTI. “Our team’s dedication and expertise were pivotal in the success of these projects, and we take pride in the value they bring to our clients and communities.”
