The new $93 million expo was designed to replace an existing arena facility located next to Lambeau Field and features over 120,000 square feet of event space that connects to the existing Resch Center.

Overland Park Regional Medical Center
Overland Park Regional Medical Center, owned by Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), was part of a case study project including an expansion infill of the facility’s third-floor shell space into a hospital bed floor. The case study was led by HCA and sought to evaluate how much pre-fabrication can be done offsite to reduce the number of onsite project hours.

The Boldt Company, the general contractor for Grande Cheese’s fresh expansion project, reached out to FTI to provide design assistance and installation of a 30,000-square-foot fresh cheese plant expansion, which included the building’s core and shell, three production lines and processing equipment.
