Overland Park Regional Medical Center

Overland Park Regional Medical Center, owned by Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), was part of a case study project including an expansion infill of the facility’s third-floor shell space into a hospital bed floor. The case study was led by HCA and sought to evaluate how much pre-fabrication can be done offsite to reduce the number of onsite project hours.

FTI built a new Excellerate facility in Little Chute, Wisconsin. The 385,000-square-foot smart manufacturing facility project began in November 2022 and was completed in November 2023. The facility uses clean energy technologies to lower carbon emissions with the goal of reaching net zero energy in the future.

Brillion, WI

Dallmann East River Dairy

EnTech Solutions™, a division of FTI, collaborated with U.S. Gain to integrate a solar microgrid at its Dallmann East River Dairy digester. The digester produces renewable natural gas (RNG) for the transportation industry. The microgrid generates and stores renewable electricity to power the digester operations, reducing the grid power and natural gas demand. This lowers the carbon intensity (CI) of the RNG, making it more sustainable and valuable.

Confidential Client: Overhead Conveyance Trestle

FTI designed and installed overhead trestles to support low-, medium- and high-voltage conveyance for large data centers across several states. We used our Excellerate® division to fabricate overhead trestle systems to hold the electrical cabling required to connect power to various pieces of equipment, such as electrical buildings or generators. Overall, these systems eliminate the need for on-site underground power duct banks, replacing them with modularized 50-foot sections that can be easily deployed on a jobsite.
