SITE ASSESSMENTS
Our comprehensive mission-critical approach begins with a complete site assessment to fully analyze your infrastructure.
Even if you have pinpointed an equipment problem, there may be other underlying issues we can identify to increase efficiencies and mitigate risk down the road.
We steer this process through our results-driven VIEW methodology:
Verify existing conditions on site
We document and review all existing conditions such as room layouts, proposed equipment, installation locations and the critical power path. We also contact local jurisdictions to verify code requirements for equipment permitting and installation.
Identify goals & risks
Collaborative meetings with key project stakeholders are scheduled to develop a greater understanding of your existing infrastructure and business needs, identify business, facility and project risks and define budget, scope and design goals.
Evaluate options & best practices
Based on the data gathered, we will develop one or more solutions that incorporate industry best practices while meeting your budget, timeline and project goals.
Write & deliver scope & project roadmap
A final report is prepared that summarizes project goals, site assessment findings, critical infrastructure observations and strategic recommendations. You’ll receive a proposal that outlines total project price, scope of work, proposed electrical plans, bill of materials/equipment specification summary and project schedule.
MAINTENANCE
In addition to sourcing and installing your system hardware, we also offer maintenance agreements to protect and preserve it for years to come.
Rather than dealing with multiple maintenance vendors, we provide consolidated support for any number of units or data center locations — saving you time and money while providing peace of mind.
We offer routine and urgent service support for the following:
UPS
Maintenance
If your UPS system is out of warranty, we offer a full-service agreement that covers parts, bi-annual routine labor and emergency response. We can be on site in as little as four hours.
Generator Maintenance
We offer a preventative service agreement that covers oil changes, fluid checks and valve/connection maintenance. Even if we didn’t install your generator, we’ll help you maintain and protect it.
Consolidated Maintenance
We provide preventative maintenance coverage for multiple systems — generators, UPS, HVAC and even fire suppression — all under one contract. As with our other service offerings, electronic maintenance reports are available for easy access and review.
Multilocation Maintenance
If you’re operating from multiple locations, our multilocation service agreements can place all of your sites under one easy-to-manage contract.
