Our electrical assemblies are precision-built in Excellerate manufacturing facilities to deliver safe, National Electrical Code (NEC)-compliant power solutions for diverse energy applications. From conduit assemblies and duct banks to lighting boxes and underground 90 racks, each product is designed to streamline installation, reduce jobsite congestion and improve overall project efficiency.

eHouses

FTI’s electrical houses (eHouses) are prefabricated modular power assemblies built at our Excellerate manufacturing facilities and delivered ready for use. They accommodate medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) switchgear equipment, MV and LV electric motor control equipment and auxiliary equipment. EHouses offer a versatile, cost-effective and time-saving alternative to traditional electrical rooms, with the added benefit of being easy to install and relocate.
