E-Houses
E-Houses Deliver Seamless Integration
FTI’s electrical houses (E-Houses) are modular integrated power assemblies prefabricated at our Excellerate® manufacturing facilities and shipped to their destination. They can be used to house equipment for medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) switchgear, electric motor controls and auxiliary. E-Houses are multifunctional and ready to integrate seamlessly in the field, lowering costs as well as reducing installation, commissioning and startup times. E-Houses are appropriate alternatives to traditional stick-built electrical rooms for many applications. Their mobility makes them easy and cost effective to install and relocate.
Design & Engineering
FTI’s E-Houses are configured with full electrical requirements and can also include mechanical and plumbing design with preconfigured enclosures or be custom designed to meet your needs. Final equipment can be integrated during fabrication or when delivered to the site.
Our E-Houses meet or exceed all nationally recognized electrical and building codes and are structurally designed for your site and application demands. Commissioning can be done at Excellerate for Levels 1, 2 and 3, and potentially up to Level 5. Completing this testing prior to moving the product to the jobsite saves time and adds convenience through the testing process.
We also work extensively to meet the requirements of state modular programs. A listing of states can be provided upon request.
